Set-up: lay comfortable on a floating bed
You begin by lying comfortably on a floating bed while wearing a specialized mask connected to a machine that controls oxygen levels. The machine alternates between hypoxic (low oxygen) and hyperoxic (high oxygen) air.

Hypoxic Phase: Simulating High-Altitude
For several minutes, you breathe in air with reduced oxygen levels, mimicking high-altitude conditions. This creates mild stress on the body, stimulating adaptive responses.

Hyperoxic Phase: recover and rejuvenate
