The results of the blood analysis serve as the starting point for your coaching. The goals we set together will be further developed and individually adjusted during the coaching.

Understanding the status quo

The first session usually starts with your preparatory work (e.g. keeping a food diary for approx. 5 days) and is then used to determine the status quo in greater depth. We want to understand you, your habits, and your patterns. We create a space for exchange in a comfortable and protected environment. The Health Coach will then define the first steps with you.

Define a goal and next steps

We set a specific goal with actionable steps for you to work on over the next few weeks (e.g. increasing protein intake to 120g per day). Together, we'll define the next steps, and you'll receive personalized tips, reading materials, and tools to support your progress.

Your Health Coach will check in with you to see how you're doing and adjust your journey based on your feedback and progress.

What has remained is her desire to pass on her knowledge, to always be up to date in different topics, and to share her passion for a healthy lifestyle. She is trained as a health consultant by AKN and certified as a keto and sleep coach by LCHF D/A/CH, with additional training in hormone coaching and women's health. Jris greatly enjoys working with groups, facilitating CARE challenges, and developing courses.

As a coach, Patrick has the opportunity to share his passion for sport and fitness with others and help them achieve their athletic goals. His core skills include training planning, sports nutrition, and conducting and discussing VO2max tests. Together with the customers, Patrick defines realistic goals based on the current status in order to create concrete action plans. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Sport from ETH Zurich and has successfully helped numerous athletes enhance their performance.
