Dr. med. Robert Mundackal

Sleep medicine

Robert is a specialist in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine with a specialization in sleep medicine and emergency medicine. He completed his training at the Hirslanden Clinic and the University Hospital Zurich (USZ), with a focus on preventive and performance medicine. He shares this knowledge by advising companies in the healthcare sector and participating in digital health forums.

Dr. med. Roman Walser

General and internal medicine

Sports medicine

Roman is a specialist in general and internal medicine with a focus title in sports and exercise medicine SEMS. After his training at the hospitals Bülach and Triemli in Zurich, he worked as a general practitioner in Winterthur for two years, during which time he also cared for top athletes and served as the team doctor for the NLA handball club. His interest lies in holistic, preventive, and digital medicine.

As a coach, Patrick has the opportunity to share his passion for sport and fitness with others and help them achieve their athletic goals. Witnessing their progress and celebrating their successes fuels his motivation and commitment to their journey. Seeing CARE customers overcome obstacles and ultimately transform their lives through sport and fitness is what drives him.

His core skills include training planning, sports nutrition, and conducting and discussing VO2 max tests. Together with the customers, Patrick defines realistic goals based on the current status in order to create concrete action plans.

Patrick holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Sport from ETH Zurich and has successfully helped numerous athletes enhance their performance. He relies on scientifically-based methods and provides personalized support to develop customized training plans.

Jakub Szybiński, PhD

Biological Data Scientist

Molecular Biology

Jakub combines his background in cancer genomics and expertise in data science to advance health and longevity-focused projects. At CARE, he develops metrics for tracking customer health and integrates modern AI tools and machine learning pipelines into internal processes and innovative healthcare applications.

Our scientific advisors

Prof. Elgar Fleisch

Elgar Fleisch is a professor of Information and Technology Management at ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. As the head of the Institute of Technology Management, he supports CARE with research insights and is involved in the Center for Digital Health Interventions. His research focuses on the Internet of Things and covers technology, applications, business models, and social implications.

Dr. med. Anna Erat PhD

Anna Erat supports and advises CARE on medical matters. She specializes in internal medicine, sports medicine, longevity, and prevention. Previously, she was Chief Physician at the Hirslanden Clinic and has extensive research experience at Harvard Medical School

Prof. Dr. Gabriel Schär

Gabriel Schär is Emeritus Clinic Director of Gynecology at the University Hospital Zurich and was Titular Professor at the University of Zurich. For twenty years, he led the Department of Gynecology at the Aarau Cantonal Hospital, where he was also a member of the management board for eight years. At CARE, he is contributing his expertise to drive forward the expansion of gynecological services.

Prof. Dr. Nicola Zamboni

Nicola Zamboni is the head of the Institute of Molecular Systems Biology at ETH Zurich and the founder of General Metabolics. He previously studied at Stanford University. He supports CARE in expanding its medical offerings.

Dr. Karin Bosshard

Karin Bosshard has extensive experience in digital health solutions as well as in the diagnostics and pharmaceutical industries. She has led numerous projects in the fields of data science and enabling technology for data-driven digital health products. One of her core competencies is utilizing real-world data to enable informed decision-making in healthcare.
